The Management Board of Agora SA with its registered office in Warsaw ("Agora", "Company") informs that on January 22, 2018, the Company signed a conditional agreement for the sale of perpetual usufruct right to two land properties with a total area of approximately 347 m2 located at ul. Wełniarska 19/20 and ul. Tkacka 7/8 in Gdańsk, together with the ownership right of the administration and residential building based on them with a net area of about 1508 m2 (hereinafter collectively as "Real Estate"). Br> The conclusion of the final sale agreement has been planned until February 20, 2018. < / The decision to sell the Real Property results from the fact that the Company does not effectively use the entire Real Property Area for operational activities.
