The Management Board of Alchemia S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw ("Issuer") informs that on 04.08.2017, Dom Maklerski mBank Spółka Akcyjna with its registered office in Warsaw ("DM mBank SA"), acting on behalf of and on behalf of the Issuer during the trading session on the main market of the Warsaw Stock Exchange Wartościowych w Warszawie SA purchased 7,600 (say: seven thousand six hundred) own shares, whereby the Issuer explains that the transaction referred to above was carried out by DM mBank S.A. independently of the Issuer as part of a framework order submitted by the Issuer on July 24, 2017. br> The shares were acquired in connection with the share buyback program being executed for redemption or resale, adopted by the Issuer's Annual General Meeting by resolution No. 18/2015 of 17 June 2015 regarding the authorization of the Management Board of the Company to acquire own shares of Alchemia SA for redemption or for resale.
