The Supervisory Board of Apator SA ("Issuer") informs that on November 15, 2017, Mr. Andrzej Szostak resigned from the position of President of the Management Board - General Director on November 15, 2017. br> At the same time, the Issuer informs that today Supervisory Board of Apator SA appointed on November 16, 2017, Mr. Mirosław Klepacki as the President of the Board, General Director. In view of the above, Mr. Mirosław Klepacki will not be acting as the commercial proxy of the company from November 16. br> In the years 1979-1986, Mr. Mirosław Klepacki studied at the Gdańsk University of Technology at the Faculty of Electrical Engineering and in 2007-2012 studied at the Faculty of Economics and Management at the Nicolaus Copernicus University in Toruń in the field of Business Administration (master's degree). br> Mr Mirosław Klepacki from Apator SA has been associated since 1996. From 2010 he was the Director of Switchgear Equipment and from 2011 also the proxy of Apator SA. In the years 2006 - 2017, Mr. Mirosław Klepacki was the President of the Management Board of Apator GmbH based in Germany. Since February 2017, he has also been the Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Apator Control sp. O.o. Br> Mr. Mirosław Klepacki has Polish and German citizenship. In connection with the above, he has extensive experience and knowledge of the German market.
