(hereinafter: "Issuer" or "Company") informs about preliminary, estimated net sales revenues and the Company's financial results for 2017. br> The unit net revenues from the sale of the Issuer's products, goods and materials for 2017 amounted to PLN 1,200,873 thousand. PLN, which is an increase of PLN 324,915 thousand. PLN in relation to the previous year. Br> The unit operating profit of the Issuer for 2017 amounted to PLN 36,055,000. PLN, which is a decrease of PLN 2,939 thousand. PLN in relation to the previous year. br> The net financial result of the Issuer for 2017 amounted to PLN 16,727 thousand. PLN, which is a decrease of PLN 1,810,000 PLN / in relation to the previous year. Br> The increase in net revenues from sales is a result of the proper use of the market conditions and increased logistic and storage capacity as a result of the investments carried out. On the other hand, changes in financial results are related to trends in prices of metallurgical products in analogous periods. Br> The Management Board of the Company informs that the financial data presented above is preliminary. br> Due to the ongoing process of preparing the consolidated report of the Bowim Group, as at the publication date of this report, the Issuer does not have preliminary consolidated results for 2017. br> The Management Board also informs that the separate financial statements of the Issuer and the consolidated financial statements of the Capital Group The Issuer for 2017 will be audited by a certified auditor. The final financial data will be disclosed to the public in accordance with the dates of submitting periodic reports in 2018, referred to in the current report No. 3/2018 of 18.01.2018.
