Payment of the liability expressed in euro will be made after converting its amount into Polish zlotys using the average NBP exchange rate on the last working day preceding the day of invoice or payment order. The rent is increased in proportion to the increase in the Monetary Union Index of Consumer Prices - set at the end of the calendar year in relation to the ratio established at the end of the previous year, with the amount expressed in EUR as the basis. In the case where the indexation is negative or equal to zero, rent rates remain the same as in the previous calendar year. br> In the annex to the lease agreement, the parties agreed that in the event of early termination of the lease due to reasons attributable to the Company, the Company will be required to pay a contractual penalty corresponding to a total of 12 monthly gross rents and 12 monthly advance payments determined according to the rates paid by the Company on the day of termination of the lease. A reserved contractual penalty does not exclude the possibility of claiming supplementary compensation on general terms. br> It is estimated that the total value of the Company's liabilities due to rental and operating charges will amount to PLN 12,154,911.89 net. This amount consists of the sum of PLN 3,961,273.02 and the sum of approximately EUR 1,961,699.28. The total value of the annex was converted at the average exchange rate of 13/02/2018 announced by the National Bank of Poland.
