Br> Transaction price in the amount of 8,055,000.00 PLN was paid by CFI from the company's own funds, while the remaining part of the sales price in the amount of PLN 1,000,000.00 will be settled between the parties by December 31, 2020 at the latest with the mutual receivables of CFI to Kartuska Łódź Sp. z o.o. due to the sale of a service premises with an area of about 200.00 (two hundred) square meters, which will be built and separated by CFI inwithin the framework of the investment project for the construction of a multi-family residential building with services, an underground garage and technical infrastructure at ul.
