The bankruptcy trustee of the company i3D S.A. in bankruptcy ("Issuer") informs that he submitted to the files of the bankruptcy proceedings an inventory of the Issuer's property along with an estimate of their value. For the purposes of the bankruptcy proceedings, the real estate has been subject to valuation prepared by a real estate appraiser, taking into account the Common National Valuation Rules, regulating the professional standards of property appraisers and interpretative notes.
According to the information resulting from the submitted inventory, the Issuer is the owner of three premises properties that are commercial premises located in Gliwice:
1. with a usable area of 98.38 m2 - whose market value has been estimated at PLN 510,000, and the value corresponding to the forced nature of sales in the amount of PLN 382,575,
2. with a usable area of 98.30 m2 - whose market value was estimated at PLN 509,700, and the value corresponding to the forced sale of PLN 382,275,
3. with a usable area of 98.30 m2 - the market value of which was estimated at PLN 528,300, and the value corresponding to the forced nature of sales amounting to PLN 396,225.
The above values are subject to an increase by possible VAT and other charges.
