The Management Board of INPRO SA with its registered office in Gdańsk ("Company") in connection with receiving on January 7, 2019, internal sales reports informs that in 2018 the INPRO Capital Group realized pre-sales (within the meaning of concluded preliminary sales agreements, ie after resignation : preliminary sales agreements regarding completed investments, contracts with entities other than customers who are natural persons, and contracts regarding service / utilitarian premises, as well as documents issued to clients about the conditions of conclusion of property development agreements allowing clients to apply for funds for financing a property development agreement) at the level of 801 contracts, which is 8.4% more than in the comparable period of the previous year, covering the period from January to December.
In the fourth quarter of 2018, the Capital Group INPRO SA realized net pre-sale at the level of 163 of the contract, which is 35% less than in the comparable period of 2017.
At the same time, the Management Board of INPRO S.A. informs that throughout 2018 the Group handed over 679 units in total, compared to 433 units in the previous year.
