Ltd. (a company belonging to the China Minmetals Corporation group). & Lt; br / & gt; The agreement is of a framework nature and will replace the current framework agreement concluded on 20 June 2016 with China Minmetals Corporation for 2017-2021, about which the Company informed in the current report 22/2016 of 20 June 2016, thus ensuring the sale of cathodes to the Chinese market in subsequent years in relation to the currently binding contract. The element conditioning the entry into force of the new agreement is the termination of the contract currently in force with China Minmetals Corporation. & Lt; br / & gt; The value of the subject of the contract is estimated depending on the level of use of the quantitative option for: from 1 590 148 750.00 USD, i.e. 6 027 776 866,63 PLN to 3 816 365 000.00 USD, i.e. 14 466 694 805,50 PLN. & Lt; br / & gt; The value was estimated as the expected price of copper (based on the term curve) of November 2, 2018 and the USD / PLN exchange rate according to the National Bank of Poland of November 5, 2018.
