Preliminary production and sales data of KGHM Polska
Miedź SA Group for November 2018

The following quarterly and annual production
and sales results will be published in the forthcoming consolidated period report. Data of the
KGHM Polska Miedź SA Group contain the results of Si erra Gorda reflecting the 55% share held by
    KGHM Polska Miedź SA

In the period January-November 2002, production of copper, silver and precious metals (TPM)
by the KGHM Group. In ith respect, this is a molybdenum
producion, the target was not achieved due to lower -than -planned processing and
molybdenum content in the ore from Sierra Gorda mine.

Copper sales volume was for KGHM
Group for the period January to November 2018. With respect to other metal s - with the
exception of precious metals - the sales plan was exceeded.

Production results of the KGHM Group in November 2018 yoy:
 Payable copper production amounted to 54.2 thousand tonnes, higher than in the
comparable period of 2017 by 7%. Increases were recorded by KGHM Polska Miedź SA
(+ 9%) and Sierra Gorda (+ 4%), while production by KGHM International was lower by 3%.
    The improvement in domestic production
co ncentrates, while in Sierra Gorda the main reason for the increase was the higher
volume of processed ore. The drop in copper production by KGHM International
    concerned the Sudbury Basin
extracted and e-mailed to: KGHM International
increased production compared to November 2017).
 Silver production amounted to 113.7 tonnes, or an increase compared to November
2017 by 43%, mainly in KGHM Polska Miedź SA.
 TPM production amounted to 15.1 thousand thousand troy ounces. The increase by nearly 6%
compared to November 2017 came from KGHM Polska Miedź SA and Sierra Gorda, with
lower production by KGHM International due to lower content of gold, pla tinum and
palladium in the ore taken from the Sudbury Basin.
 Molybdenum production yield to 1.4 million pounds and was higher than the
level achieved in November 2017 due to the higher volume of ore processed by the Sierra
    Gorda mine.

    2

Sales by the KGHM Group in November 2018 yoy:
 Sales of payable copper amounted to 55.6 thousand tonnes and were higher by 3.9
thousand tonnes (+ 8%) due to higher sales by KGHM Polska Miedź SA.
 Sales of silver amounted to 111 .4 tonnes and were higher by 50 .5 tonnes (+ 83%)
compared to November 2017. The main reason was higher silver sales by KGHM Polska
    Miedź SA.
 TPM sales amounted to 19 .7 thousand troy ounces and were comparable to the level of
    sales in November 2017 (+ 4%).
 Molybdenum sales amounted to 1.3 million pounds and were lower by 0.3 million
pounds (20%) compared to November 2017. This was due to lower sales by Sierra Gorda.
    KGHM Polska Miedź SA:
 Sales of copper amounted to 44 .3 thousand tonnes and were higher by 4.6 thousand
tonnes (+ 12%). The difference was due to the sale of approx. 1.2 thousand tonnes of
copper in concentrate (in 2017 there were no sales of copper concentrate) and to higher
production of electrolytic copper by approx. 3.4 thousand tonnes in November 2018
    compared to November 2017.
 Sales of silver amounted to 109 .5 tonnes and were higher by 50.9 tonnes (+ 87%)
compared to sales in November 2017. The difference was due among others to higher
production compared to the comparable period of 2017, the schedule of orders by
    customers in the current year
were no sales of copper concentrate).
 TPM sales amounted to 11.4 thousand thousand troy ounces and were higher by 2.2 thousand
troy ounces (+ 24%) compared to sales in November 2017. The difference was due among
others to higher production compared to the comparable period of 2017.
    KGHM International:
 Sales of copper amounted to 6.7 thousand tonnes and were lower by 0.9 thousand
tonnes (-12%) compared to sales in November 2017. The main reason was lower sales by
the Sudbury Basin (due to lower production of payable copper) and by the Robinson mine
(due to the schedule of deliveries).
 TPM sales amounted to 5.8 thousand troy ounces and were lower by 1.9 thousand troy
ounces (-25%) compared to sales in November 2017. Similarly as in the case of the volume
    of Sudbury
Basin and the exchange of copper concentrate by Robinson mine.
 Sales of silver amounted to 0.6 tonnes and were lower by 0.6 tonnes (-50%) compared to
sales in November 2017, mainly due to payable silver in concentrate
produced by the Robinson mine and in ore from the Sudbury Basin.
 Sales of molybdenum amounted to 0.04 million pounds and were higher by 0.02 million
pounds (+ 107%) compared to sales in November 2017, which was mainly due to
pure higher production by the Robinson mine.

    3

    Sierra Gorda (55%):
 Sales of copper amounted to 4.7 thousand tonnes (+ 6%)
compared to November 2017, due to slightly higher (by approx. 4 .5 thousand tonnes dry weight)
    sales of copper concentrate.
 Molybdenum sales amounted to 1.3 million pounds and were lower by 0.3 million pounds (-21%)
compared to sales in November 2017. Sales of molybdenum reflect the schedule of processing
molybdenum concentrate and the return of molybdenum oxides designated for sale.
 Sales of silver amounted to 1.3 tonnes and were higher by 0.3 tonnes (+ 28%).
 TPM sales amounted to 2.4 thousand troy ounces and were higher by 0.4 thousand troy ounces
    (+ 24%).

The higher sales of silver and TPM, similar to higher sales of
copper concentrate in November 2018 compared to November 2017.

    Lubin, December 20 20 18.

Prerequisite production and sales figures of the KGHM Group
Polska Miedź SA for November 2018.

This report contains monthly preliminary data - final quarterly and annual results
production and sales will be published in the next consolidated report
periodic table. Data for the KGHM Polska Miedź SA Group include Sierra Gorda results for
55% shares in KGHM Polska Miedź SA

In the period from January to November 2018, production of copper, silver and precious metals
(TPM) The KGHM Group was at a level similar to the one assumed in the budget.
With regard to the production of molybdenum, the budget was not realized due to the smaller one
than the processing and molybdenum value in the ore exploited in the Sierra mine were planned
    Gorda.

The sales volume of copper did not differ significantly from the level assumed in the Group's plan
KGHM for the period from January to November this year. In the scope of other metals - with the exception of
precious metals - the sales plan has been exceeded.

Production results of the KGHM Group in November 2018 year-on-year:
 The production of paid copper amounted to 54.2 thous. t, exceeding the completed level
in the same period of 2017 by 7%. An increase was recorded in KGHM Polska Miedź SA
(+ 9%) and Sierra Gorda (+ 4%), while in KGHM International, the decline was 3%.
The improvement in domestic production concerned production from feedstock inputs, and in Sierra Gorda
the main growth factor was the higher volume of processed ore. Decrease in production
copper at KGHM International concerned Sudbury and was mainly due to its low content
copper in exploited ore and lower copper yields (item KGHM)
International increased their production in relation to November 2017).
 Silver production amounted to 113.7 t, which means an increase compared to November 2017.
by 43%, mainly in KGHM Polska Miedź SA
 TPM production amounted to 15.1 thous. troz. Rost by almost 6% in relation to November 2017.
was recorded in KGHM Polska Miedź SA and Sierra Gorda, with a drop in production at KGHM
International due to the lower content of gold, platinum and palladium in ore
    operated in the Sudbury Basin.
 The production of molybdenum amounted to 1.4 million pounds and was above the level
implemented in November 2017 due to the higher volume of ore processing
    in Sierra Gorda.

    2

The sales results of the KGHM Group in November 2018 year-on-year:
 Sales of paid copper amounted to 55.6 thous. tonnes and was higher by 3.9 thousand tons (+ 8%) from
due to the higher sales of copper from KGHM Polska Miedź SA.
 Silver sales amounted to 111.4 tonnes and were 50.5 tonnes higher (+ 83%) compared to
November 2017. The main reason was higher silver sales made by
    KGHM Polska Miedź SA.
 TPM sales amounted to 19.7 thousand. troz and was comparable to November 2017 sales.
    (+ 4%).
 Molybdenum sales amounted to 1.3 million pounds and were 0.3 million pounds lower (20%)
compared to November 2017. The reason was lower sales from Sierra Gorda.

    KGHM Polska Miedź SA:
 Sales of copper amounted to 44.3 thous. tonnes and was higher by 4.6 thousand. tonnes (+ 12%). The difference follows
from the sale of approx. 1.2 thousand tonnes of copper in Cu concentrate (in 2017 sales of Cu concentrate
did not take place) and higher by about 3.4 thousand. tonnes of electrolytic copper production
in November 2018 compared to November 2017.
 Silver sales amounted to 109.5 tonnes and was 50.9 tonnes higher (+ 87%) compared to
November 2017 sales. The difference is due to, among other things, greater production
compared to the same period last year, the distribution of customer orders
in the current year, as well as sales of silver in Cu concentrate (in 2017, sales
    Cu concentrate was not implemented).
 TPM sales amounted to 11.4 thousand. troz. and it was higher by 2.2 thousand. troz (+ 24%) in comparison
for sale November 2017. The difference is due to, among other things, greater production
compared to the same period last year.

    KGHM International:
 Copper sales amounted to 6.7 thousand tonnes and was lower by 0.9 thousand tonnes (-12%) compared to
sales in November 2017. The main factor was lower sales from Zagłębie
Sudbury (resulting from lower production of paid copper) and the Robinson mine (resulting
from a fixed schedule of shipments).
 TPM sales amounted to 5.8 thousand. troz and was lower by 1.9 thousand. troz (-25%) compared to
sales in November 2017. Similar to the volume of paid sales
copper, the main factor was lower sales of ore from the Sudbury Basin and lower
sale of Cu concentrate from the Robinson mine.
 Silver sales amounted to 0.6 tonnes and were lower by 0.6 tonnes (-50%) compared to
sales in November 2017 mainly due to the smaller amount of paid silver
in Robinson concentrate and in Sudbury ore.
 Molybdenum sales amounted to 0.04 million pounds and were higher by 0.02 million pounds (+ 107%)
compared to sales in November 2017, which was mainly caused
significantly more production at the Robinson mine.

    3

    Sierra Gorda (55%):
 Copper sales amounted to 4.7 thous. tonnes and was higher by 0.3 thousand. tonnes (+ 6%) compared to November
2017, which resulted from a slightly larger (about 4.5 thousand tonnes of dry weight) sales of Cu concentrate.
 Molybdenum sales amounted to 1.3 million pounds and were 0.3 million pounds lower (-21%)
in relation to sales in November 2017. The volume of molybdenum sales reflects
the processing schedule for Mo concentrate and the return of Mo oxides intended for sale.
 Silver sales amounted to 1.3 tons and were higher by 0.3 tons (+ 28%).
 Sales of T PM amounted to 2.4 thous. troz and was higher by 0.4 thousand troz (+ 24%).

Higher sales of silver and TPM, as in the case of copper, was associated with higher sales
Cu concentrate in November 2018 compared to November 2017.
