The Management Board of NWAI Dom Maklerski S.A. (hereinafter: the Company, Issuer) informs that on June 19, 2018, by virtue of resolutions from 19 to 24 adopted by the Issuer's Annual General Meeting, the existing members of the Issuer's Supervisory Board were appointed, ie Mr. Janusz Jankowiak, Mr. Jacek Ksenia, Mr. Bogusław Oleksy, Mr. Tomasz Mironczuk, Mr. Ludwik Sobolewski, Mr. Antoni Bolecki for another joint five-year term expiring on the date of the General Meeting of the Issuer approving the financial statements for the last, full financial year of performing the function of a member of the Issuer's Supervisory Board.
Resolutions appointing members of the Supervisory Board for the next term of office came into force on the day of their adoption.
According to the information possessed by the Issuer (and in accordance with statements made to the Issuer), Mr. Janusz Jankowiak, Mr. Jacek Kseń, Mr. Bogusław Oleksy, Mr. Tomasz Mironczuk, Mr. Antoni Bolecki and Mr. Ludwik Sobolewski:
• in the last period five years have not been sentenced by a valid judgment for the offenses referred to in art. 18 § 2 of the Code of Commercial Companies or offenses specified in the Act on Trading in Financial Instruments, the Act on Public Offering or the Act on Commodity Exchanges, or for analogous crimes as defined by foreign law, nor did they receive a court ban in this period as a member of management bodies or supervisory bodies in commercial law companies;
• are not entered in the Register of Insolvent Debtors maintained pursuant to the Act of August 20, 1997 on the National Court Register; They do not engage in any activity competitive to the Issuer's business and do not participate in any company competitive with the Issuer as a partner in a civil law partnership, partnership or as a member of a governing body of a capital company or in another legal person competitive to the Issuer as a member of its body. The Ordinary General Meeting of NWAI Dom Maklerski S.A., acting pursuant to art. 385 § 1 of the Code of Commercial Companies and § 20 para. 3 of the Statutes of the Company elected for the next term of the current members of the Supervisory Board.

He graduated from the Foreign Trade Department of the Central School of Planning and Statistics in Warsaw, he was a PhD student at the Institute of Economics of PolandAcademy of Sciences, as well as a scholarship holder of the Kosciuszko Foundation and the European Commission. In the 1990s, he cooperated with the Center for Social and Economic Analysis. From 1995 to 1997 he was the editor-in-chief of Gazeta Bankowa. He is a co-founder of the Polish Association of Business Economists. Until August 2017, he sat on the Supervisory Board of MAK Investments S.A. and currently he is the Vice-Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Esaliens TFI S.A. He works with the Institute of International Finance in Washington and The Conference Board. He sat at the Board of Economist at the Lisbon Council in Brussels. He worked at the Scientific Foundation of the Center for Social and Economic Analysis. From 2000 in the commercial sector as chief economist - initially in the Westdeutsche Landesbank, and in 2001-2006 in BRE Bank. From February 2006 he runs his own consulting company "JJ Consulting".

He graduated from the Faculty of Foreign Trade at the University of Economics in Poznań. Then he defended his doctorate in the subject of international financial markets on the former SGPiS (now SGH) in Warsaw. He has been connected with the financial market since 1975. He worked at Bank Handlowy in Warsaw as a trader in the Treasury Division, then, after leaving for France, he was deputy director of the Treasury Division at Lyonnaise de Banque in Paris and head of the dealing room at Credit Agricole (then the largest bank in Europe). After returning to Poland, he became the President of the Management Board of the Wielkopolski Bank Kredytowy S.A. In 2001, he merged WBK with Bank Zachodni S.A. and took the position of the President of the Management Board of Bank Zachodni WBK, which he held until 2007.

Master of Economics, graduate of the University of Economics in Katowice. He completed a number of postgraduate studies in management, administrative, financial and legal matters at the Jagiellonian University, at the Warsaw School of Economics and at the Silesian University of Technology. He was the chief accountant of the Jaworzno III Power Plant and then the financial director at the Southern Power Concern.He was the vice president of the management board at Tauron Polska Energia (2008-2009), advisor to the management board at Telefonica Kable SKA Kraków (2009), the board's proxy for investment financing Tauron Wytwarzanie S.A. He is an economist by education, a graduate of the Central European University in Prague, where he obtained the title of Master of Arts in Economics awarded by New York University.
Mr. Tomasz Mironczuk has been involved in the banking sector since 1994. He started his career at Polski Bank Rozwoju, where he dealt with the management of currency risk, interest rate and liquidity of the bank. In the years 1998 - 2001 he was associated with BRE Bank, in which he was involved in the creation and management of derivatives portfolios. At BRE Bank, he was also responsible for bank financing and liquidity management. Then for almost seven years he was the Managing Director of the Treasury Area of Bank BPH. From 2008 to 2009 he was the Vice President of the Management Board of the PKO BP Bank. In the years 2009-2011 he held the position of the President of the Management Board at Bank Gospodarstwa Krajowego and was the Chairman of the Supervisory Board of the National Capital Fund. He was the president of the Bank Polskiej Spółdzielczości.
