Pursuant to Art. 17, para. 1 of Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 16 April 2014 on market abuse (market abuse regulation) and repealing Directive 2003/6 / EC of the European Parliament and of the Council and Commission directive 2003 / 124 / WE, 2003/125 / EC and 2004/72 / EC ("MAR Regulation"), the Management Board of Orange Polska SA ("Orange Polska") informs that on 27 July 2017 Orange Polska and P4 signed an annex to the existing national roaming agreement. This annex changes the existing terms of cooperation, primarily by departing from the per-minute or gigabyte billing formula and switching to specific service packages, guaranteeing a minimum amount of revenues for Orange Polska (take-or-pay). br> The annex assumes a four-year cooperation period, starting from July 2017. The agreement will allow for better monetization of network investments carried out by Orange Polska by guaranteeing a minimum level of revenues in the amount of PLN 321 million for 4 years. At the same time, due to the relatively small share of traffic from domestic roaming in relation to the traffic generated by its own customers and through control mechanisms, this agreement will in no way negatively affect the level of services provided to our own clients.
