The Management Board of Pfleiderer Group S.A. ("Company") announces selected preliminary financial data for the third quarter of 2017 :EBITDA for the third quarter of 2017 increased by 18.5% or by EUR 4.7 million compared to the previous year and amounts to 30.1 million euros (25.4 million euros for the third quarter of 2016) br> EBITDA for the period from 1 January 2017 to 30 September 2017 increased by 24.6% or 19 million euros compared to until last year and amounts to 96.2 million euros (77.2 million euros for the same period in 2016). br> Consolidated net sales revenues for the third quarter of 2017 increased by 3.2% or by 7 , EUR 6 million and EUR 244.9 million (EUR 237.3 million for the third quarter of 2016). Br> Consolidated net sales revenues for the period from January 1, 2017 to September 30, 2017 increased by 3.3% or EUR 24.3 million and EUR 750.9 million (EUR 726.6 million for the same period in 2016). Br> EBIDTA growth compared to both the third quarter of last year and the from January to September it was achieved you thanks to continued good sales performance and the expected significant reduction in positions that are not sustainable. At the same time, the Company is still affected by significant increases in raw material prices compared to last year. The company continues to introduce price increases for the Company's products. In the third quarter, the negative impact of the increase in prices of raw materials over the increase in prices of own products has been reduced compared to previous quarters, however, the above factor still adversely affects profit. Br> The Company's Management Board informs that the above financial data is preliminary and may differ from final financial data, which will be included in the extended consolidated report for the third quarter of 2017, which will be published by the Company on November 7, 2017. br> This report has been prepared in accordance with the provisions of Art. 17 sec. 1 of Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 16 April 2014 on market abuse (market abuse regulation) and repealing Directive 2003/6 / EC of the European Parliament and of the Council and Commission directive 2003 / 124 / WE, 2003/125 / EC and 2004/72 / EC.
