The Management Board of Polski Koncern Naftowy ORLEN SA ("PKN ORLEN S.A.", "Issuer") informs that in order to optimize liquidity management in the ORLEN Capital Group, on 13 December 2017, it issued short-term bonds to the subsidiary Anwil S.A. ("Anwil SA"), as part of the Bond Issue Program, which the Issuer signed with a consortium of 6 banks in November 2006. br> The Bonds are used in managing the working capital of the ORLEN Capital Group. Br> The Bonds were issued in accordance with the Act of 15 January 2015 on bonds (Journal of Laws of 2015, item 238.), in Polish zlotys, as bearer, dematerialized, unsecured, zero-coupon securities. Bonds will be redeemed at nominal value. Br> Bonds acquired today by Anwil S.A. were issued by PKN ORLEN SA in the series ORLEN1462 230218 with a total value of PLN 15,000,000, which consists of 150 bonds with a nominal value of PLN 100,000 each bond, on the following terms: br> - Issue date: December 13, 2017 br> - Date purchase: February 23, 2018 br> - Bond yield: based on market terms, the unit issue price was PLN 99,665,10. br> PKN ORLEN owns 100% of shares in the share capital of Anwil SA br> See also : current report No. 75/2006 of November 27, 2006. br>
