In reference to the Strategy Pragma Faktoring S.A. published on 3.10.2017. for the years 2017-2020 (current report no. 61/2017), the important element of which is increasing the scale of onlinowo business and developing the PragmaGO segment, the Issuer presents data for May 2018 regarding the effects generated by online sales channels.
Fintech applications from LeaseLink and PragmaGO enable online execution in a dozen or so minutes of the entire customer service process (from the initial offer, through scoring and giving the client a rating, presentation of the offer, its acceptance by the client to the completion of the transaction), after-sales service. The number of customer purchase processes of the Group's services initiated in these applications reflects the efficiency of the on-line sales channel and is important from the point of view of increasing the Issuer's business without a significant increase in operating costs.

The Issuer assesses the effectiveness of sales through online applications PragmaGO and LeaseLink very high and expects a further dynamic growth in the number obtained by this channel Clients and transactions. According to the published Strategy, the segments of the Issuer's business, as quickly scalable, will be the basis for extending the Issuer's operations to foreign markets.
