The Management Board of Radpol S.A. based in Człuchów (& quot; Company & quot;) informs that on October 30, 2018, the Company and the National Center for Research and Development (& NCBiR & quot;) signed a contract for co-financing (& quot; Agreement & quot;) of the project entitled & quot; Development and implementation of technology for the production of innovative radially crosslinked heat shrinkable tubes for thermal transfer printing, made of polymeric materials with increased thermal resistance to aging processes, halogen-free flame retardants with low smoke emission, 2: 1 shrinkage ratio: 3: 1; 1 & quot; as part of Measure 1.1 of the Smart Growth Operational Program 2014-2020 (& quot; Project & quot;). & Lt; br / & gt; The total value of the net project is PLN 8,310,265.41, with the maximum co-financing amounting to PLN 3,432,638.10, with: (1) the maximum amount of funding for industrial research is PLN 282.183.00, (2) the maximum amount of funding for development works amount to PLN 3,150,455.10. The eligibility period for costs for the Project commences on September 3, 2018 and ends on May 31, 2022. & lt; br / & gt; The company undertook to ensure the durability of the effects of the Project financed with the participation of funds from structural funds for a period of 5 years from the date of completion of the Project (project sustainability period). The Company is obliged to achieve the assumed objectives and indicators of the Project, specified in the application for co-financing, as well as to implement the full material scope of the Project and implement the results of industrial research and development works within 3 years from the completion of the Project, in accordance with the application for co-financing. & Lt; br / & gt; The terms of the Agreement do not differ from commonly used conditions in this type of contracts. & Lt; br / & gt;
