("Company") in reference to the current report 24/2017 informs that on November 13, 2017 it learned about the signature of 13 November 2017 by the subsidiary company Vistal Stocznia Remontowa sp. O.o. based in Gdynia with the Management Board of Gdynia S.A. ("PGAU") of the preliminary sale agreement ("Agreement") for PGA SA belonging to Vistal Stocznia Remontowa sp. Z o. O. Perpetual usufruct right, together with ownership of buildings, structures and equipment based on plots no. 596, 597, 598 , 599, 600, 601, 602, 605, 606 for which the District Court in Gdynia, Land and Mortgage Register Department keeps a land and mortgage register No. GD1Y / 00055996/6; plots 612, 613 for which the District Court in Gdynia, Land and Mortgage Register Department keeps a land and mortgage register No. GD1Y / 00068008/8 and plots No. 603 and 604 for which the District Court in Gdynia Land and Mortgage Register keeps a land and mortgage register No. GD1Y / 00113764/6 located at ul. Czechosłowacka 3 in Gdynia on the Węgierskie Quay. The contract was signed in the form of a notarial deed. The final sales agreement should be concluded by 31 January 2018 at the latest. Br> The parties to the Agreement have agreed a selling price of PLN 39.5m net. Br> The criterion for recognizing the contract as significant is the selling price, which exceeds 10 % of the Company's equity. Br>
