("Company", "Issuer") informs that after the aggregation of partial data on January 9, 2018, it made the decision to disclose that the companies from the Issuer's Capital Group in 2017 recorded the following sales results: / br> - number of contracts transferring ownership: 208 units; br> - number of developer and preliminary contracts: 270 premises. br> Below, the Issuer publishes information on the results of sale of premises in 2016 :- number of contracts transferring ownership: 258 premises; br> - number of developer and preliminary contracts: 260 premises. br> At the same time, the Company reports that the positive impact on the financial results of the development segment in 2017 was due to the transfer of premises in the following projects: Osiedle Marina in Lublin, Osiedle Zielone Tarasy in Rzeszów, Sky House in Lublin, Miasteczko Wikana in Lublin and Maple Park in Janów Lubelski, as well as Świerkowa Aleja in Zamość.
